We grow several types of this I call them grape varieties. In South Carolina that is just about the easiest type to grow. They have thick shells and a seed filled center but the taste is delicious! I love to garden and find ways to use things growing.
You can make juices from these to freeze for later use. As a matter of fact the jam I made this year came from the grapes harvested last year! I have a link to a very easy way to accomplish this here.
Juice made and drained for use.
Made this jam in my Ball FreshTech Jam & Jelly Maker. I think of it as one of my frivolous gadgets to have around but it makes for less arm burning.
You must use a water bath to process.
A print out for you to use if you wish.
