There's nothing I hate more than when I buy a cute new pot and I break it! Check out my steps below, or watch the video at the end to see how I fix these pots using concrete!

I started off with this broken pot! It was broke at the bottom and partway up the side.
I was able to find an old pot that was similar size, slightly bigger, than the broken white pot.
I had some of this concrete foam that I purchased at Home Depot. I cut it to size to fit in the pot to fill the extra space.
After taping the foam together, I sprayed the pot with Pam nonstick spray so the concrete pot would easily pop out!
I mixed my concrete to a slushy consistency and poured it into my pot approximately two inches high.
I then placed the broken pot on top of the concrete and poured another inch or so into the white broke pot.
After letting it sit overnight, I popped out the pot and it was done! You can either leave the raw concrete at the bottom, wipe it off or make it a clean line. I like the rough look at the bottom of the pot.
