Now This is a Happy Kitchen!

We opened the kitchen up to the family room and dining room by taking out portions of two walls. The walls were load bearing so we left a column and a header for support.
We swapped out the locations of the refrigerator and stove so the home owner could face the open area to watch TV or visit with family and friends while cooking.
To finish the kitchen off we added custom bench and cushion to create a cozy breakfast nook.

Rosa Martinez-Button on May 28, 2014I see the old kitchen in the fourth picture as if this change didn't happen. Looks like it's a picture of another home?
