There are so many ways to transform a plain gift bag into something special but today I’m going to share an adorable woodland creature paper bag gift wrap idea. I will show you how to make three different critters, a deer (or make it a reindeer if you like) fox and owl
. Start with a plain white gift bag.
- Cut a large T shaped piece of brown paper for the face and two small almond pieces out of the brown paper for the ears.
- Cut two slightly smaller pink pieces for the inside of the deer ears.
- Trace and cut out two hand prints out of brown paper for the antlers.
- Cut out one small oval nose out of the black paper.
- Glue pieces to bag.
- Use a marker to draw the eyes and mouth.
For the Fox and Owl use the following instructions:
Fox
- Cut a large orange T shape from the construction paper.
- Cut two orange triangles for the ears.
- Cut two slightly smaller pink triangles for the inside of the ears.
- Cut one small black triangle for the nose.
- Glue the shapes to the bag.
- Use the markers to draw the eyes, mouth and whiskers.
Owl
- Cut a large T shape out of construction paper for the face
- Cut a large blue circle out of paper and cut that circle in half to make two ears.
- Cut two yellow circles for eyes.
- Cut one yellow triangle for the beak.
- Glue shapes to the bag.
- Draw on the eyes.
