A New Patio

We built our home 3 years ago. This used to be a cornfield. We had no trees, so this is what we did. It would give us some privacy and greenery.
A different view
We had the floor poured and pressed.
There was a hill going down the back of our yard, so we cut it back and added the stone. The star was only there for the 4th of July.
My garden to the right of the house. Mostly cuttings from my old home. Planted the maples all the way down to edge of the property. Hostas on both sides of the garden. Flowers in between for less weeding.
This is our retirement home. We have done a lot in 3 years. Love it!
