Learn how to safely refresh your home with our simple, non-toxic and natural air freshener jars crafted with essential oils, baking soda and dried lavender. These adorable fragrant jars will absorb odours and help keep your closets and dresser drawers smelling fresh and clean! No toxic ingredients or chemicals will be necessary to absorb odours. Read our easy to follow tutorial and learn how to make your own safely-scented DIY deodorizer jars.
What you will need for this easy project:
- small mason jars
- baking soda
- lavender or eucalyptus essential oil
- dried lavender
- dried sprig of eucalyptus
- brown paper or a grocery bag
- raffia ribbon
Gather your supplies including a variety of small jars or tiny mason jars.
After adding your essential oils, stir again. To create the paper top for your mason jar - use your mason jar lid insert as a guide.
Transfer your baking soda mixture into tiny mason jars. Or any small jar you may have on hand, such as a clean jam jar.
These scent-filled jars also work well in linen closets to keep your sheets and towels smelling fresh and clean.
