Are you also referring to holiday cactus? I’ve had and seen others with same dying issues!! And, I know mine wasn’t pot bound or suffering root rot from overwatering. Holiday cactus don’t behave like most cacti. But either way I’ve had and seen them in all sorts of conditions. I’m truly baffled by them.

I am having a problem with the tips of my plants turning brown
-
Sharon on Feb 08, 2020
The most likely cause is your water causing the brown tips. If you use tap water please pour into jug with no cover and allow it to sit and evaporate impurity’s such as calcium and fluoride aprox 24 hours before watering plants. Again, this is the most likely cause of brown tips-your water. Hope this helps.
