If it is growing on a shrub/bush its a Rose of Sharon. If not its a hibiscus bloom. Hope that helps
Look at the leaves. It's a rose of sharon.
This is a picture of a Hollyhock. They grow straight up along a stem. First I thought maybe Rose of Sharon but I think this looks pretty close to your picture.
