You can purchase a flocked tree or diy. If you diy, use orange peel spray rather than flocking. It will do much better. Spray outside then bring in.

I agree with Kathy to use Homax spray orange peel instead of flocking. You can get this in Home Depot or Lowes. Comes in 3 different thicknesses. It will give you that drifted look of snow.
