Is there a twist off top that you can maybe take off
Follow the directions on the can. Turning it upside down can clear the nozzle or you can remove it and clean it in hot, soapy water.
Usually when the can stops spraying its done, If its still half full and not spraying it may be the cap that is plugged. Try some warm tap water on it for a few seconds ...
Hi Judy, this is instruction for spray paint, but it will work for you bug repellant as well, use care

Might be that the nozzle is clogged, you could try turning the can upside down to force the propellant through the nozzle when spraying. Also you could put a needle or straight pin through the openings of the nozzle once you've pulled it off the can. A water rinse might help too. Still no luck? see if you can swap out the nozzle.
I agree take the nozzle off and run it under hot water then put on try that if it a defective nozzle contact the mfg on the can and they may replace it for you
If the nozzle isn't clogged there might just be a bit of it left in the bottom where the nozzle connection can't reach. If that's the case, don't believe there's a way to get to that.
How to Clear the Opening on a Spray Can

If the propellant is gone nothing much you can do. It's the pressure of the propellant that forces the liquid to come out.
Hello you might want to consider calling me manufacturer for some tips.
Hi Judy,
Shake the can every time you use it. If the straw inside is short, then the liquid at the bottom cannot be reached!
Sometimes soaking in warm water will loosen.
Shake it and spray. But once the can can't put out anymore, it's time to get a new can.
If the propellant runs out without getting all the liquid, you’ll probably be out of luck. Try trigger spray bottle types, you’re assured to get it all that way.
If there is still some in the can but does not come out, the nozzle could be blocked. If so you can soak it in some warm water and try again.
If the nozzle is broken sometimes you can replace it with another nozzle.
Once the aerosol runs out, there isn't really a way to get more pressure in the can.
