Convert a tool shed into a potting shed

By switching out doors, adding a potting bench, garden plants & accessories and training a vine up the side, I took this old lean-to tool shed from eyesore to asset. Now it is a potting shed! Sinead Eilis on May 25, 2016This potting shed is adorable. You have a great sense of color, balance, scale and function. The inverted vintage pitch forks added the perfect touch of whimsy. I'm glad you removed the shovels you had at the right of the door. They were a "little heavy" for the look I think you wanted to create. Also the trellis on the left side of the door although appropriate in this setting is actually interfering with the function of the shed door. The potted plants in place of the shovel grouping and small trellis lead a path to the focal point, the potting shed. The flowers and the greenery on either side of the doors are so pretty and balance the green foliage you've created overhead. The stone patio is a perfect compliment to the sturdy brick house in the background. The large overhanging foliage repeats this feeling of strength. The blue gate to the left is playful and welcoming. It's a perfect garden retreat for sipping lemonade and enjoying the company of your family and friends. Congratulations on a job well done. I thinks it's perfect in every way.
