About two years ago I ran across this dingy piano bench at my local thrift store. I first thought I would use it as a bench in my entryway and additional storage since it opens up. After moving it from room to room I decided to try it as an end table. I liked the size of it with the couch and decided to give it a chic makeover. I love how it turned out! What do you think!?

Piano bench before, It had damaged wood water damage. It cost me a grand total of $8!
I wanted to have a chic worn look, so I didn't sand the piece or repair the wood damage. I spray painted right over the wood.
Upholstery Nailhead details that I added.
Finished product. I love the size of the this table and you would never guess it started as a piano bench!
