I have admired succulents for a while and finally picked some up and created my own terrarium. I have been inspired by so many creative bloggers and have learned that these drought loving plants can grow in just about any container.
I picked up a couple succulents from Home Depot and used a vase and pebbles I already had at home. I layered the pebbles with soil to allow for drainage then planted my succulent.
I have this on my entertainment center and love how it looks. I used to have fresh flowers there, rotating every week, but this will keep much much longer and always be green.
If you love succulents, or want to create your own planter, you can see 19 more inspiring ideas in my full blog post over at Creative Ramblings.
