Easy Stenciled Pallet Sign Coffee Cup Rack
after hanging around the garage for a year, I finally put this lazy pallet to work. Of all the things I've repurposed, would you believe this was my first pallet project ever?

realizing this pallet was a little longer than I needed, I put my handy deck wrecker to use and took all the boards apart. (details on the blog)
After dismantling the pallet, I sanded the boards, trimmed them to be a little shorter and stained them with dark walnut.
how to remove the paper backing from the contact paper
I cut some contact paper out with my Silhouette Portrait, then applied it to the pallet boards. I have a great video to show you exactly how I use these stencils. I place the entire stencil on the board BEFORE I weed. You should really hop over to the blog to see the video.
