Dollar Tree Bathroom Organizer

Are you tired of Dollar Tree DIY organizers? I'm not and this one might be my favorite yet!

Hometalk Recommends!

Add more storage to your home with these wood crates that Amazon reviewers swear by!

The only materials you will need for this are 2 of these small crates from Dollar Tree, 1 plastic hanger and some hot glue. I stained my crates. You can stain, paint them or leave them as is!

Next take your plastic hanger and line it up with the crates on their side. You will want to stagger them as shown. I used a paint marker to mark on the very bottom of the hanger where I need to cut it. Wire cutters cut through the plastic very easily. One hanger is all you need for both sides!

Once your hanger pieces have been cut, we just need to attach them to the crates. I used hot glue on mine, but you can also use E6000 or another type of super glue for a stronger bond.

Make sure to give adequate setting time for the glue to dry before moving on to the opposite side!

This is the perfect size to put next to a sink in the bathroom for all those little extras and to keep things organized! I also made one for my daughter's room to keep hairbrushes, hair ties, etc. There are so many uses you can find for this and it's cheap and easy enough to make a few!

Could you have drilled some small holes thru the hanger and attached them?

This is cool! I have some hairpin legs that I might could try this with. Bigger crates of course and I’d have to cut the tops off the legs but I think it will work.
