Little Alice's Dress up Wardrobe
A $30 Vintage Wardrobe gets plenty of love.. with paint and decoupage.
I Painted this little cutie from head to toe. and decoupaged diamonds on the sides with different rose scrap book paper. The big roses were such fun to do..
I stenciled the alphabet in silver on the inside of the doors.. Oh and had great fun finding the costumes to go inside..
The sides were a complete labor of love ... all hand cut and pasted. Just like making a quilt.. making sure no two are the same next to each other and they give some contrast.. Made with scrap book paper.
The top of the wardrobe has some Fleur de lis images made from scrap book paper.. This time i used my Brother cutting machine.. to cut these sweeties.
All in all she was a very fun project.. I shall miss.. She has gone to her new forever home.. I will always remember the great fun I had creating her.
