DIY Bohemian Style PVC Table
You are going to love this DIY Bohemian Style Table made out of PVC Pipes, and a Slab of Plywood. Great for Weddings, Bridal Showers, Birthday Parties, or a Dinner Party (Girls night in).
EASY as 1, 2, 3!!!
You are going to need a solid slab of pine plywood. 4X8 sits up to 8 people. (Size OPTIONAL)
Wood Stain (Dark Walnut), Clear Wood Polish, Wood Sand Paper, & Rustic Mist Spray Paint.
Cut (3) 1 1/2 in X 10 FT PVC Pipes in the following Sizes:
(2) 3FT (4) 2FT (6) 1 1/2 FT (legs) (4) 1FT
Also: (6) 1 1/2in Tees & (4) 1 1/2in Elbows
Sand Plywood in the direction of the grain. Make sure to clean/remove dust after.
Use a piece of cloth to apply wood stain on plywood. (I used old socks, and only applied one coat of stain). Also make sure to apply stain around the sides. Let dry for at least 4hrs before moving on to the next step.
Apply clear wood polish (I only used one coat). Let dry for 24hours.
Assemble Pipes together. The (2) 3Ft pipes are the left, and right side ends of the table. The (4) Elbows will connect the left, right, and sides of the table together. The (4) 2ft are the sides middle part of the table, which will connect to (4) 1Ft with Tees in all 4 corners. The (6) 1 1/2 FT pipes will serve as legs. *(Video tutorial available)
Paint Frame with Rustic Mist Spray Paint (Color Optional). *Wanted the color of the frame to look as close as possible to the stain on plywood. Let dry over night.
Center plywood on top of frame. TIP: If you have small children, and for safety reasons, please apply any outdoor glue to glue pipes together. This will make the table even more solid.
Enjoy with your Friends & Family!!!
