Plain white vinegar or lemon juice will dissolve most calcium deposits. I use a paper towel saturasted with one or the other, wrap in around the mineral ring and let it set fo an hour or so or even over night. Then scrub the bowl well with the paper towel and dispose of it in your trash (don't flush it!) If this is done regularly, the deposits won't get out of hand. If the calcium is really bad, use a pumice stone (available at WalMart) to carefully scrape away the calciium, then use the vinega or lemon juice method to keep the calcium in check.
A good descaler is my favorite way to achieve this because it will also have a built in inhibitor for build up. Drain water first from the bowl. Swab under the rim with solution and work your way down. Let sit 10 minutes and repeat. My favorite brand is Fuller but I've also used Campanelli and like the results.
Hello,
Use a Pumice Stone, or a Branded Toilet Cleaner. or even Coca Cola left in over night.
Good luck!
Here's a post that might help - https://home.howstuffworks.com/home-improvement/household-hints-tips/cleaning-organizing/how-to-clean-calcium-deposits-from-your-toilet-bowl1.htm#:~:text=A%20mild%2C%20natural%20acid%2C%20such,with%20sandpaper%20or%20a%20rag.
Hi! A cheap way is a can of coke left overnight to soak. CLR is a great cleaner, too. Be sure to give either method time to work. Good luck and stay safe!
