Hi there, Hometalk Friends! Today I'm sharing a simple farmhouse centerpiece that includes a little bit of everything: neutrals with a hint of color, natural elements and upcycled bottles tucked inside a repurposed vintage vessel. It’s the perfect centerpiece to transition from late summer to fall…

I have a surplus of coffee drink bottles I've upcycled as bottle vases. You may have some of the same kind on hand too.
It just so happens that six bottles fit inside my vintage caddy perfectly. I found this vintage shoe shine caddy at a yard sale. Maybe you already have a wooden caddy or tray that you can arrange. Need a vintage caddy? Look here!

Nature is a constant source of inspiration for me so I am really loving this look! If you'd like to create a similar centerpiece, take a walk outdoors and see what you can bring inside.

I filled my bottle vases with a combination of wheat and herbs. The wheat was originally from a grocery store bouquet I bought several years ago and have continued to reuse. I like the fragrance and appearance of the combination. Add whatever you flowers, greenery, or herbs you like to your bottle vases. Need lavender? Look here!
Enjoy your nature-inspired centerpiece from late summer-fall! See more details on my blog!
