Turn dollar store rag rugs into a fun Moroccan floor pouf! Stuff it with everything from old towels and scrap fabrics to recycled plastic bags and Poly-fil. For this and many more ideas, follow me on YouTube here: http://bit.ly/Ns4qgx
I used E-6000 FabriFuse to glue a lining to the rugs before I stitched them together. This helped keep them from fraying and to keep them very sturdy. You can find the link to the pattern here: http://www.markmontano.com/p/blog-page_27.html
Watch how I did it here! If the video doesn't play, copy and paste this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rXuS3U7Qp1E
I stenciled the top circle of the pouf with DecoArt Dazzling Metallics and used a heavy cotton for the glue-in lining.

Loving your colour scheme..hope I can find these colours in my area. With all the thick material, I'm having trouble cutting through with my sissors. What type of scissors (white ones) are you using? They seem to glide? Thank you
