I think the best ideas are those where I can use old objects / goods again. Ideas for re-use are inexpensive to implement and do not create great sorrow if unsuccessful.

This carpet idea was in my mind for a long time and I got to finally do it!

I am glad that it worked out!
You've certainly seen this idea somewhere earlier, but I can only encourage you to try the same.
This is Fun, cheap and easy!

The large Mandala cushion on the right, was also the old Ikea cushion cover which I wore again. This crocheted Flower Mandala,  you can find instructions by clicking the link below.
Here I started my Carpet Cushion: Carpet, pillow and crocheted mandalas.  I wondered how to put Mandalas. The most difficult step in the job is planning. But if you like this use it!
I am so sorry. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of sewing the seams. Fortunately, this step was not difficult. I folded the carpet in half- make sure it fits the size of the pillow. Look at the picture. You will surely understand this idea .

The seams I sewed together with thick yarn. (Bag / pocket for pillow.)
The nodes are cotton, which are hand-sewed to a mat. Likewise, I also sewed the crocheted flowers.
