This pictorial gives step by step instructions on how to create a paper peony. Enjoy!
Here are the materials you will need
You want to begin tracing the 3 different sized petals
I chose to do an ombre peony.. so I have 3 different colors. You can create it with all one color.
Cut each large petals about 1/3 of the way up the middle
Cut the medium petals 1/3 of the way up
Cut the small petals 1/4 of the way up.
Curl the petals inward
Starting with the large petals, starting adding to the base. 6 petals per layer.
Continue adding until all petals have been glued
