Bleached Rug

Bleach is fun to play with. Old fabrics, which no longer have use may well take bleaching experiments.
As an example, this old rag rug! See now, how fun new shade it's got its surface.

This is an old color.
I spray" painted" the carpet with bleach. Notice how the color changes when I sprayed bleach.
In this photo, the mat is still wet, the colors and patterns are clearly visible. Figures I did splashing and sponge dabbing.
I do not know what do you think, but I think the trick works well. Old carpet looks like to get a new color!
