Cover an Ugly Tile Backsplash
This was a cinch to do....cover old or ugly tile with HVAC weather foil tape and rub on a little bit of black flat paint and it looks like metal.
Buy HVAC Weather Foil Tape and cover your old tile. It's so easy. Just peel and stick.
Rub a little flat black paint on it really sheer to take the shine away.
Looks like metal or tin tile.
I did this to our rental home so it doesn't have to be permanent. It can peel right off. It's weather proof for heating and air conditioning so I think it's safe.
