Chalk Painted Buffet Turned Into TV Stand
I had seen this idea on Pinterest and I wanted to try, so when an old buffet came up for sale on Kijiji, I grabbed it. I painted it with DIY chalk paint, lightly distressed it and replaced the hardware, which was mostly broken. I took out the top drawer and put in a very thin sheet of plywood for the cable box. Then I drilled a hole in the back for the cords.
I am really happy with the way it turned out. I am slowly trying to redecorate my very small living room into French Country, so this fits right in.
