Farmhouse Style Coffee Table Makeover
My mother-in-law was about to giveaway a big black coffee table when she moved into her new house. But, I knew that we could make it over to match the decor in her new house easily! This was an expensive piece and built to last, so all it needed was a little update!
Here's the before of the coffee table. It was actually a decent piece.
The first step was to prep it and paint it. This took the longest to do; trying to get into the curves of the legs was the worst.
My mother-in-law decided that she wanted it a little distressed, so we took a sander to the corners, and the legs, and made it look a little bit worn.
