30 Minutes
Easy
Do you ever come across great items at the resale shop, only to find out someone else got their hands on it first? In this case..their PAWS!!!
A little puppy had a hay-day on this chair and I guess someone threw in the surrender towel and had to get rid of it (the chair)! Genuine leather, what a shame that the wood was destroyed...so you would think! Anyway, I thought there was hope for it and spent $30 in hopes to revive it.
Here's a closeup of the damage...poor puppy probably got in a lot of trouble over that!
I fixed this 30 Dollar Chair in only 30 Minutes.

With the right tools you can too...let me show you how!

I cut off the excess puppy chewy wood catastrophe and then sanded it down super smooth.

20 minutes max, I promise!
I finished it off with a Dark Stain and then a Glossy Polyurethane to make it shine like new! (10 minutes)

I am so happy with this piece now and glad I didn't pass it up!
It's now back to it's original glory!
So next time don't pass up a good deal too soon, there's hope for those tossed out pieces!
