Ghostbusters Proton Pack DIY

We're huge Ghostbusters fans around here. My girls asked for proton packs for some fun and I wasn't sure how to pull that one off. After some playing around, though, I think I did ok (or they think so, at least!).
I gathered up a box, bits of styrofoam, extra pieces of cable, spray paint, an old backpack, and a bit of red and yellow paint. I also used glue and a staple gun.
I started by laying everything out where I thought the pieces should go.
I then glued it all down and spray painted everything black.
I started attaching the cables/wires.
I added in some color.
I spray painted the backpack and attached it to the back of the box with staples.
My girls were pretty tickled with how it turned out and there's been a lot of ghost hunting in the back yard! For full details, please head over to my blog.
