When we first moved our TV to this particular wall, it sat alone and empty. I knew I wanted to fill the space somehow, but I knew that whatever I put around the TV needed to blend with it. So, I decided to create a collected gallery wall with a mix of photos, art, & objects that were meaningful to me. From time to time, I change up the look and yesterday, I decided to freshen things up a bit by "shopping my home" and moving this around!
The BEFORE! The TV hanging on an empty wall.
The AFTER. A gallery wall with a collection of new and old items that are meaningful to me. My grandmother's childhood gloves are now framed, along with a photo I took in Paris, a note my grandparents wrote me, some artwork I've collected on trips, and of course, animals in argyle {because who doesn't love argyle?!}
I repurposed vintage mailbox doors into small frames.
