Christmas Chalkboard Holiday Blackboard

I'm a big Chalkboard girl. I love switching up my boards for the holidays and special occasions.
I posted in a previous thread that I create a large Farmhouse Framed Wall Chalkboard in my half bath so friends could sign in (anonymously, of course). So far the scribbles have been a blast to read.
When working with a blackboard this large, I like to sketch out a design prior to help with layout. That is exactly what I did with my Santa design.

When working with a blackboard this large, I like to sketch out a design prior to help with layout. That is exactly what I did with my Santa design.
Here is a sneak peek of the finished design. Below is my sketched out design for the chalkboard
This was time consuming but so worth it. Below are photos of the process.
My favorite part about this large chalkboard is my friends writings and drawings. This is how much fun comes from a Guest sign in Chalkboard.
People really enjoy writing on a Chalkboard, especially when no one is watching.
Enjoyed the project?
