Turquoise Two-Door Jewelry Cabinet Makeover

Two of my favorite things... turquoise and old jewelry cabinets! I combined them into this latest project. Here's what the cabinet looked like when I found it at the thrift store.
Good condition, but a little boring. So I removed the glass and gave it a couple of coats of my home chalk paint in turquoise.
Then I sanded down the edges a little to give it a shabby look.
This is what I used to replace the glass in the doors. You can find a link for all the products I used here: http://ducttapeanddenim.com/national-craft-month-blog-hop-turquoise-jewelry-cabinet-makeover/
Don't forget to save that glass though. It's much easier to trace around the glass than to measure the size needed.
Then just staple it in and... ta da! Beautiful new jewelry cabinet!
Close up of the distressing.
The inside wasn't too bad so I just left it alone.
Find LOTS more jewelry box makeovers at the link below. Thanks for reading!
