Mancave Cabinet

I don't have a lot of closet space, so I needed a spot for my vacuum and dusting items, so I purchased this beauty at our local junk collector's. My husband is a huge Bears fan, so I thought I would make it for him. I made my own chalk paint with Plaster of Paris. It worked like a dream. I had roughed up the exterior a bit, but I don't really think it was truly necessary. It covered wonderfully and I was able to distress it and add the finishing touches. I printed out random Bears facts in fonts that I liked and went to town. I used Staples carbon paper to transfer the words onto the wood, then I filled them in with craft paint.
