What Did I Do to This Boring, Plain, Empty Space?!

So I wanted to do something creative with all this empty boring space.
Boring..... empty.... sad....
After taking a part a huge wooden tool bench, I had a lot of wood I just knew I had to do something with!
I knew what it was I going to do. I sanded it down to it's bare wood grain. Love love lovvveee the smell of fresh wood.
I have 3 cats, the one LOVES heights, He climbs on doors, furniture, anything that has height so after looking at this space long enough I just had to do something with it for them =) more likely Tazzy, my dare devil height lover!
Cute little paw prints and their names have been added and covered with clear coat. I love the look of the original wood so I just clear coated it for a beautiful glossy shine and serves a good protector.
And here's the end results! Tazzy was the first to jump up there as I thought he would be. I gave them nice rounded edges for that spacious stylish look. The Cat shelves came out nicely. I wish I had gotten more photos but I didn't plan on posting them here but I hope you all enjoy that i did. Just a quick fun project =)
They must feel like they can touch the sky now lol oh i love them very much. Always spoiled rotten ... They are always wonder what mama is building haha
Added a few toys and a catnip pad they love it.
=) My, and my kittys spot complete.
