Super Easy Dollar Tree Glitter Skull Garland

I wanted to make a Halloween garland for my mantel. I went to Dollar Tree and found these black and silver glitter Styrofoam skulls. I bought 14 of them and a roll of black ribbon. I took a crochet hook and I poked it through on side of the temple and all the way through the other side. I then hooked my ribbon around the hook and pulled it all the way through the skull. I continued repeating this process and sliding them down the ribbon as I went along. Once all 14 are attached you are finished! The best part is, when you flip a switch on the back of each skull, their eyes light up! Super easy and it cost me around $15.
