From Trash To Treasure!
An old piece of furniture can look one step away from the trash. But if it is a solid sturdy piece, updating can give it new life. Best part, it doesn't have to be a difficult project.
And be super affordable. We paid $20 for this old table plus $70 in materials..
All supplies were purchased at the local craft store:
Poly Foam Roll, Fabric, Black Paint, Adhesive Spray, and even the beautiful decorative wood tray.
Also needed: Paint Brush, Staple Gun, Scissors
We paid $20 for this old table plus $70 for all supplies. Keep in mind that fabric varies in price.
First we turn the coffee table upside down for easy painting.
The foam is rolled out, measured & cut to size.
The material is laid across the table top & set into position. Table is then carefully turned over & the fabric is stapled into place. It is very important to keep the material pulled tightly.
