Spring Succulents in a Painted Pot

While I was out this weekend, I bought some succulents at the craft store. I love the look of them but had never purchased any before and these were half off! I grabbed the red flowers, too, to add some color. I painted a clay pot with some craft paint and arranged the succulents and flowers into some floral foam. Then I added moss to cover up the foam. In the bottom, I had wadded up some paper to raise the foam up higher in the pot. The little wooden tag was something I had picked up before and I thought it added a cute, whimsical touch to my new spring decor! Now I'm just patiently waiting for Spring to arrive...

Charlene Byington on Feb 22, 2015Very cute... I live in Arizona, so do you know if we can just find the succulent. I have had a stroke so my head doesn't work real good now... or do I have to go look for it in the store also?
