Etching on different types of glass with Armour Etching cream and using Chalk Couture Transfers. In the video (link provided) I show 3 different projects. These projects cost less than $5 to make since I already had the transfers. For the Wine or decorative bottles, it will cost a little more (I show the finished project) because I added the fairy lights to them. But still no more than $10 to make. When doing this project PLEASE wear the gloves and be in a well ventilated area. You don't want to burn your skin or get a headache from the smell.

Items used for this project
I used Armour Etch cream to do this project. Also, make sure that you have gloves and are in a well ventilated area because the fumes are smelly!
I used several glass pieces in this tutorial. And several transfers from Chalk Couture. For the wine glass I used a portion of the Be Humble Transfer.
For the candy dish I used a portion of the HO HO HO Transfer.
Once you have the transfer smoothed on the glass, make sure there are no bubbles in the screen area. Use a bristle paintbrush (not foam brush!) and paint a thick layer of the etching cream over the screened area of the transfer. Leave on the glass for a minimum of 5 mins. I have left it on for about 10 mins for thicker glass. (Side note: Some colored glass will not take the etching cream. Also, etching cream will not work on pyrex and plastic)
Once the etching cream has sat for 5 to 10 mins, rinse off in the sink. (you can also scoop it up and put it back into the container to save it but for this project I just rinsed it down the sink). Make sure you are always wearing protective gloves to avoid burning your hands.
You can etch on all types of glass and bottles. This bottle I added fairy lights.
Four projects I created with the etching cream.
