Vinyl and Leather Poufs or Ottomans are often found at thrift stores and garage sales. Give them a bright, spring makeover, in no time with Cece Caldwell's Chalks and Clay Based Paints.
Paint a Vinyl or Leather Pouf in no time. These started out as dark brown vinyl, but with two coats of CeCe Caldwell's Santa Fe Turquoise and two coats of Cece's Endurance sealer, they are crack proof and ready for new life.
Here is one of my poufs before I started. Too dark and blah. This needs a makeover in a bright color. No need to reupholster, just paint!
Here is my Pouf with the first coat being added. I painted in a cross hatch method, and added more to the tufting by just stipling the paint in with my brush.
Here is a finished Pouf. The project took only about an hour from start to finish. The lids pop off for extra storage too!
