Paper crafting is an inexpensive way to decorate for spring. I love using paper banners for seasonal decor. Want to learn how to make your own?
Gather your supplies. The banner triangles were cut using a paper cutter. Holes were punched in the top corner of each triangle. I used my silhouette to cut the flower shapes from scrapbook paper. For flower cut files, visit my blog.
Plan your layout, varying colors and shapes of flowers.
Use a glue pen to attach each flower in place. Glue pens allow you to add tiny amounts of glue to tiny pieces of paper.
Use a hole punch in the top corners of each triangle.
Use bakers twine to string each banner. I like the string to sit behind the each triangle on the banner.
Hang and enjoy. For more details and tips, click here to visit my blog. You can also get access to the flower cut files to make this flower paper banner as well as other flower paper crafts. Or just click over if you're curious about what I did to my boring fireplace.
