‘‘Tis the Season
So I had a 32” x 9 2/2” piece of fence board!, that I just kept staring at for a couple of weeks! Then Ifinally found something That i wanted to paint in it! ( I just love Pinterest!!!
So I drew it out first with chalk, so I can see what it will look like!! (Had to erase the picture a few times and redraw) that is why I use chalk, easy to erase!!
Next, I started to paint the black out lines on it,( it already started getting character)!
then I started on the hat!! Continued with the red color, the the carrot nose! I let it set then I painted the white touches on this picture!
I also added some whimsical swirls in yellow! Once it was all dried, I sprayed it with polyurethane to coat it so it doesn’t fade! I’m pretty happy with the way it camevout!!!
