I found a bird cage at our local Salvos op shop. It was just $18 AUD. I bought some Dulux white spray paint and sprayed the cage white. The paint was about $10. I only needed one spray can.
I bought some plants from our local hardware/nursery. A red Dahlia and some succulents in different size pots. These were placed in the cage and then I added some sugar cane mulch around the pots to disguise them a bit so you can't see the plastic. This is now sitting outside on my garden table.
