Gwen Little: If your comment was meant for me, I am not late - not even a little. In my area of Pennsylvania, we were at a high transmission rate for COVID the past few weeks and a nearby (10 miles) university mandated masks for all students and employees. I believe within the last 2 days, the mandate was lifted.

Gwen Little: Covid is not over!!! Covid rates are high in NYS as well. It's the young children who are getting it because they are not vaccinated, then giving it to their parents and teachers. I am a teacher of adults and I have had to cancel many classes because of repeated outbreaks of Covid.
