It depends on what tattoos you are referring to. Most transfers will need to be hand washed. I wouldn't put any in the dishwasher.
Hi Tammi, generally soaking glass vases in hot soap water will take any transfer right off of them!
Hi Tammie. Are you possibly looking at a specific project on Hometalk? If so, you can ask your question directly on the post and the author will be able to let you know exactly how they did the process (they may have put something over them to stop them from being removed). Hope that helps!
Usually, a transfer will wash off unless it is sealed with a top coat.
Not sure what you are asking but here is some general info regarding refreshing thrift store vases.

It should come off with a warm rag and dawn soap.

Upgrade Your Boring Vase With a Tattoo
Do you have a picture of what you are referring to? Most tattoos just wash off unless you cover them with a sealer.
If you want to secure them from not washing off, coat them with dishwasher proof Mod Podge.
The tattoo should wash off with Goo Gone or a wash cloth with hot water on it with a bit of scrubbing.
Hello! If it something that you saw in a Hometalk posted project, ask your question on that precise post.
This is a general Q&A posting area, the person who's project you're asking about would likely be unaware of your question about their project post. To get an answer about a specific post, ask the question directly below the project that will likely get you a reply from the Hometalk poster.
If you ever want to go back to see a particular project, just click on the little blue house at the top of this page, left-hand corner. If you can't find a particular project, you can use the search bar. Also, please consider checking out "Explore Projects" for even more additional ideas.
Hope this helps.
Hi! I agree with the others, that sealing the design is your best bet! Good luck!
If you want it to be permanent, you'll need to seal it with something.
I would seal it
I'd use a spray sealer so you don't wrinkle the tattoo with a brush.
