TV Dinner Tray Makeover

When visiting the Goodwill store I look for items which I can transform and make my own. This try is my latest project. All supplies to get it done were items I already had so the project cost me about $2.00? Fantastic!
I bought this tray at the Goodwill store for $1 and decided to give it a makeover. First I gave it a little sanding to allow the paint to hold. I used three coats of black paint allowing time for each application to dry between coats. Then I used a high gloss finish spray.
The polkadots are stamped from an okra which was grown in my garden this summer. I used the FolkArt metallic paint to do this.
The tray can be adjusted very nicely.
Perfect for my laptop.
