Make an Inexpensive Bed Canopy

I've always wanted a canopy on my bed. When I did my bedroom makeover I decided to do one. My husband Roy helped come up with the idea and it turned out wonderful! Below are just the basics. SUPPLIES
We made the rods using pvc pipe that was spray painted silver.
Roy measuring the framework.
Hooks were placed in the Ceil frame to hold the rods.
Attaching the frame to the ceiling using screws. We made sure there was a screw on each side that went into a stud. Toggle bolts could also be used.
Feeding on the inexpensive sheers. We put on on each corner. For more photos and details click the link below.

I love this , I want to do this for my daughters bedroom , she has a twin size bed , and I want to add lights with very sheer purple curtains to make it look like space , this will work , thxz for the idea
