A Mid Century Modern Bedroom Set Makeover

John and I want to look at this bedroom set for sale. In another world I would have thought it was so dated, but now I totally appreciate the lines and style of these pieces. Although we loved the lines, we were a little less thrilled with the finish - what a difference the makeover made!!
I have been captivated by the look of mid-century pieces wrapped in a painted white exterior. We painted this set with Simply White by Benjamin Moore.
Next we stained some of the drawers and then watered down a bit of the stain to make some of the drawers a lighter color which shows some of the wood grain.
All of the hardware is original to the set. We just cleaned and polished the knobs and pulls.
I love, love the legs on these dressers.

I have a couple of pieces from this set I found at a thrift store, but no makers mark, anyone know who the manufacturer could be for this set? Trying to find a nightstand or another dresser.

What a terrific makeover; it's inspired me to not pass up the yellow finished mid-century pieces we come across! Great job!
