Use a bleach & water mixture 1:3 and spray it on the mold. Scrub with a plastic-bristled brush and wipe with a clean cloth. Repeat if necessary.
I would use straight white vinegar and than, once its dry, repaint the window frames in paint specifically made for wet environments and is anti mold.
Agree with GrandmasHouseDIY. I also use straight vinegar.
Are these window frames plastic or wooden?

Vinegar will clean and kill mold spores. You may have a condensation problem on the glass.

Ideally you'll need to fix the source of the water that's causing this issue first, otherwise this will keep happening. Has this caused damage to your window frames? Spray lightly with bleach and wipe it away, then check to see if there's damage.
You could use white vinegar and spray it on, and let it sit for a minute of so, the vinegar kills the mold spores. Then wipe off the mold with a clean rag. Then clean with warm soapy water. Let dry.
White cleaning vinegar will kill the mold and mildew spores. If there is staining after you kill it, then use a bleaching agent like hydrogen peroxide or chlorine bleach on the area.

Mix 1/4 to 1/2 cup bleach in a gallon of water. Scrub the window frame and glass with this mixture using a clean rag. Allow the bleach to sit on the casings for 15 minutes to disinfect and kill any mold spores that remain. Other products people have had success with include Simple Green and Concrobium.
You can use bleach to kill all the mould. But if the window is so moulding it may need to be treated first. It might need to be sanded down and repainted with a suitable paint.
Hello Lynn,
Use a Mould Cleaner available from the Supermarket! Otherwise, Use something like Barkeepers Friend or Vim and water.
Hello. Is the question related to an indoor problem or outdoor problem?
More information might be helpful.
Is it the actual win dow wooden or vinyl frame that’s molding or the caulk seam?
I used bleach with water in spray bottle.
use vinegar to kill the mold. It works better than bleach.
Vinegar, Dawn, Alcohol and warm water in a spray bottle will do the trick. or try Clorox outdoors. It is a super strong Clorox
I would use a hot water and bleach mixture. Then frequent cleaning and keeping them dry will help for the future.
Hi Lynne, hope these help you out,

I use a hose spray attachment with ammonia in the receptacle to spray if outside. If inside a spray bottle works, and put down an old towel to catch drips, wipe with a big car sponge/paper towels.
