Buffalo Checker Ornament

Buffalo check is super popular this season, so let's get in on it! Here's a great ornament project and it only cost me $2! All you need is some buffalo check fabric and Styrofoam balls.

First lay out the buffalo check fabric on a flat surface.

Using a glass bowl I had in the kitchen, I drew a 12" circle on the fabric using a pen- you can use something that you have on hand. Then cut out the circle using fabric scissors.

The next step is to glue the fabric tight (with hot glue) around the 4" Styrofoam ball and then cut the extra fabric off. All you have left to do is to embellish with your holiday Christmas greens, pine-cones, berries and a twine bow. This is a simple project for your holiday tree. I also used some twine to hang the ornament. icon

Here are some others I did adding different tops and fabric colors. Have fun with yours, Happy holidays!
