Simple Farmhouse Spring Wreath

This Spring Wreath is SO simple to make! You need the wreath form shown (from Hobby Lobby), some pretty flowers or flower stems, and ribbon for a bow! That's it! I made my wreath without using any hot glue so that I could pull out the flowers each season and replace them with new flowers!
To start, I chose this fun wreath form from Hobby Lobby. I like it because it gives a nice farmhouse look and with all the weaving, it holds stems nicely! It's affordable and very unique too.

You'll want to start by separating off the stems from your fake lavender and setting them aside.
Next I started inserting the stems into the wreath at varying angles so that it would spread around the wreath. I did about 5 stems facing up and five stems facing down and they met in the middle. I didn't use glue because I wanted the ability to change them out easily and the wreath holds them in place without the glue.
After the stems were inserted, I used pretty ribbon I had on hand to make the bow. The ribbon wasn't stiff so I made my own bow--details on my blog as to how to make the bow.
And here's the finished product! It worked perfectly in my house and is so fun and springy! And best part? It literally took MINUTES to make--no joke.

I'm doing this. I have been looking for something to put on a bulletin board at our church, to accompany Bible phrase relating to Easter/Spring and this is IT!!! Out of curiosity, how big of a wreath did you use?
