Step One: Unravel garland from Dollar Tree Witch Hat
Step Two: Wrap with mesh around hat section only
Step Three: Cut 10 inch strips of 6 inch mesh (you will need a lot of this, I used 2.5 Dollar Tree rolls)
Step Four: stack two bow ties on top of each other and add to the brim of the hat
Step Five: Add your final touches like a bow and straw for the top
